Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and must include the original packaging and tags.
  • We do not accept returns for customized items or any product that has been used or damaged due to improper handling.

Free Returns:

J’aulars covers the cost of all returns. You will not be charged for return shipping, and we provide a prepaid UPS return label to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a full refund and placing a new order.
